This may sound silly to some people, but my family and I think there may be "others" living in our home. My oldest daughter is even scared to sleep in her room because she said they have talked to her or touched her on different occasions. My son had a couple of experiences also. One evening, he was lying in bed and began laughing hysterically. I went and asked him what was going on and he said someone was tickling his back. However, there was no one there. He finally settled down after a while and I left the room. Well, he started laughing again and, again I went to his room, and he said someone was tickling his back again. Furthermore, on separate occasions, my husband swears that sometimes he sees shadows moving down the hall or in the bathroom. He said it usually happens after he and I get into an argument. He said he thinks it is my grandmother, but my mother doesn't think that is the case. We have also been watching television and the channel changed on a couple of occasions... and no, no one was even holding the remote. There have been other incidents, but I couldn't name them all. Any ideas..

There is a method that people use to see if there are spirits in their house. This may sound weird, but I tried it in my neighbor's house and it worked. You get a digital recorder and leave it running in the house when no one is there. Ask the spirit to please tell you who it is and why it is there. Leave the room for a while. When you come back, play the tape back. You may be surprised to hear a voice! I know that sounds crazy, but we tried it at my neighbors house. A voice on the tape said "Sara". We looked up some records about the house (it was over 100 years old), and we were shocked to find out that a young woman named Sara had killed herself in that house back in the '60s! My neighbor kept asking "Sara" to please leave the house and go to heaven. After a couple months, the weird events stopped and nothing has happened since. I wasn't sure what to think about that one, but I was there, and there was nothing on that recorder before she did that.
