My wife and I want to move from Kansas to Illinois. She has two kids from previous marriage. They have joint custody. Can we move??

You will need to check her divorce decree and see if it specifies anything about moving as far as the children are involved. With them having joint custody she will most likely need the fathers permission before moving states with the children.
