I took me three days to first epilate half of one of my legs and now I can do it with barely any pain! I will tell you some tips to help you I wish I had of known these before I started! If you are doing a large area of hair (legs) it is best to get them waxed professionally before as you can epilate the regrowth and because the hair is finer and the root is weaker it is much less painful when you do it. Do not use freeze packs or cooling gloves! This kills it is much better to be as warm as possible because it hurts less. Take a red hot ath or shower before epilation to open the pores as the hairs come out much easier then. If you are prone to pain, do all this and take 2 pain killers an hour before epilation. If you do all this it should really lower the pain and it will be easily doable. Also make sure you exfoliate a lot or you will get ingrown hairs and moisturise because it makes your skin really dry afterwards. Do not do either of these close to when your are epilating though because it will make your skin sore. I use this exfoliating pad cvalled silky mitt in between epilating as it makes your skin so smooth but be careful not to over use these. They remove hair and old skin. An after wax crème is also a lovely thing to put on which you can use straight after but these can be expensive so I just use baby lotion after my skin has calmed down. Good luck!
