I done think that is good place to pierce because there is no fatty tissue to work with. Ask a professional if you could have it done, but I doubt it.

Surface piercings are becoming a new trend, believe it or not. I am going to get one myself on my back sometime soon.
I'm finding it hard to picture where you want yours. Do you want it right below your neck, on your chest? The most common surface piercing on your chest is actually a vertical barbell between your breasts (on a woman of course... lol).
I have a very high pain tolerance as well, but I've already come to terms with the fact that its probably going to be a little more painful than a regular piercing. They have to pierce through quite a bit of skin, so its not going to be snap of a finger quick like other piercings.

I found this a few hours ago, and I just now got around to being able to post it.
Is this the piercing you want?

Well... I'm sorry but I failed you :( I couldn't find anywhere but the best thing you can do is call around to your local shops and ask.
Since it is such a trend nowadays you will most surely find someone that will do it for you. :)

honestly no it don't hurt that bad just a slight pinch. The bad thing with surface peircings is that you can only have them 4 so long before your body pushes them out of the skin and leaves a very nasty scar. Id suggest not 2 get them but if you want it do it

Surface piercings do have a high rate of rejection, but there are plenty of people that have the best of luck with them. As long as you take care of them properly and don't give them any reason to become irritated, you should be okay. If you take care of it and it still rejects, then it just might not be meant to be. :)
