First of all you need to slow down. Having intercourse daily can lower your chances of conceiving. His little guys need 24 - 48 hours to rebuild in numbers.
Now, you have only been trying for 4 months. It takes the average healthy couple up to a year, and sometimes more, of actively trying before they become pregnant.
Have you been on birth control? If so, what kind and for how long. If you were on birth control how long have you been off?

I have been off birth control for about 1 year, and I was taking the pill. I am 21 and have always been very healthy. The one thing is that I got Herpes when I was 16. So I'm not sure if that could cause a problem? Also unfortunately my husband is a recovering Heroin user. He has now been clean for 1 year. The only substances he now uses is the occational drink. Does this have any thing to do with it maybe?

Any type of drugs or alcohol can affect your fertility, and smoking lowers fertility too. So it is best to get your body in the best health you can.
Visit your doctor and tell them you are trying to conceive. They will usually do bloodwork to make sure all your hormone levels are where they should be. They will give you tips on concieving and fertility.
As J9 said, sperm needs some time to build back up, so don't over-do it in hope "the more the better" as that is not the case.
When you get down to the specifics of getting pregnant, its really not as easy as you think. Your hormone levels need to be balanced, your cervical fluid needs to be just right to help transport the sperm, you have to ovulate etc. Your egg starts disenegrating around 12 hours after its released, so the time window is small.
Some tips:
Sexual position- him on top, less likely sperm will leak out
Afterwards lay for about 15mins with a pillow under your hips, this will keep the sperm travelling in the right directions :) or what I do, my husband lays with me on the floor by the bed and I prop my feet up on the bed and we talk.
Try to narrow done when you are most likely to ovulate. You can do this by using ovulation predictor kits. When you get a positive result you should ovulate in the next 36 hours.
You can also use this site to determine when your window of ovulation is:
American Pregnancy Association : Getting Pregnant: Ovulation Calendar (http://www.americanpregnancy.org/gettingpregnant/ovulationcalendar.html?menstrual=07%2F28%2F2007&cycle=)
Also, as J9 said, 4 months is too soon to start thinking you might have fertility issues. After a year of trying, if you still haven't been successful, you can start speaking to your doctor about treatments to help.
Good luck :)
