I have a small bluey/white lump on the top of my penis directly behind the helmet under my foreskin does anyone have any idea what it could be it is hardish and does not hurt if I press it :confused:

Are you sexually active? It could be a wart, a lesion, or even herpes. There's nothing like going to to the doctors and getting tested :D

A cyst probably though I have never heard of a blue one

It is a sort of bluey/white colour I think the only reason it is blue is because it seems to be about where 2 veins meet
