Hi, I have recently discovered a hard, moveable lump underneath the skin on my lower pelvis. To be more exact, it is located between my thighs, below and to the right of my pelvic bone, and right next to the upper portion of my genitalia (I am a female). I am certain that it is on my pelvis, not genitalia. But I cannot figure out what components are in that area - ligaments, muscles, veins, arteries? What kind of lump would form in this area? I have read that pelvic cysts are uncommon. It is not painful and does not seem to be growing. I know that I need to see a doctor, but am a college student and can not afford medical treatment readily. I would like to have research done and be more knowledgeable about this issue before seeking an opinion. I would appreciate any suggestions, or at least any idea of what a lump could be growing on in that region of the body!
