Hello, I'm 25 and I'm always cold, my doc told me I have raynauds disease which is when my hands and feet go white and numb when I'm cold then bluish/purple thenred and burning.. then back to normal once I warm up.. but I am also anemic I get tested every 3 months and usually end up on iron supplement for about a month or 2... is raynauds why I'm always cold or is it the anemia?.

Hi I have reynalds as well. It is caused bad circualtion, your blood vessels constrict prevent in blood (and warmth) from getting to your extremities. It won't be why you are cold as such but it will heighten the effects of the cold.
Have you tried walkers handwarmers yet? They are these weird plastic pauches with a chemical inside which stores heat. You 'charge' them by boiling them and releases the stored heat by cracking them. I found them to be very useful- here is a site so you know what I mean. Grabber Mycoal Hand Warmers (http://walking.about.com/od/cold/gr/handwarmers.htm)
The anemia will not be helping matters as it will be preventing you from efficiently using your energy stores making you feel colder. You should try to alter your diet to get the amount of iron you require through it as I know how rubbish iron tablets make you feel!
Try to eat more dark green veg and red meat if you can. Also drink more orange juice the vit C helps you absorb it. http://www.mothers35plus.co.uk/iron.htm
Other than that it is best just to not let yourself get cold - easier said than done I know! Drink lots of warm drinks (but not tea it prevents the absorption of iron) I like lemon in hot water - refreshing as well as warming.
Good luck
