Hi, I recently lost my parents' trust, and I seriously want it back.

I became a bit obsessed with looking at 'Babes' pictures on my mobile, and even though I'd stopped a while ago, my parents found out yesterday from the phone company. BOTH DID. I am so embarrassed, and I know they'll never look at me the same way again.

Any tips to ease this relationship dilemma?
