I am going to court tomorrow due to my dui fines! Part of my agreement was to pay this huge fine, they started me off on a payment plan that has lasted 6 months but it ended last month. Unfortunately this summer was really rough and I was not able to pay all my payments on time and I got really behind, keep in mind that I did keep them notified and always made other arrangements with them! I don't understand why exactly I'm summoned to court again? What can I expect and how do I get another payment arrangement under way?? Anybody have some helpful hints please?

Nothing baffling about it to me. You didn't pay your fines. It doesn't matter than you informed them, although that probably put this hearing off for a time.

I think you need a lawyer. Why? Well, you're going to have a prosecutor on the other side of the table telling the judge that you should be in jail. You need one on your side telling him that you don't.
