:confused: my husband recently left his job ,he has a 401k I called and asked about it,the woman told me we couldn't get the money until April 2006.she says the numbers come in in dec then it will still take months before we get it ,should it take that long to get it the amount he had when he left will still be the same in December they can't take money if he's not there.their the ones making money while we sit waiting plus they never gave him a cash out paper or any paperwork for that matter.is there anything we can do to get this money now I have 2 kids and noones working .please anyone with answers please write me back thank you
