How does air bubble clinging to the surface of a solid affect the density of that solid?

It doesn't.
But I assume you're talking about the density of the solid-bubble system as opposed to the solid on it's own. It would decrease the density if the solid's density was greater than that of air, or decrease the density if the solid's density was less than that of air.
Is that what you were asking?
