I no this shouldn't be in teens but I didn't know what to put it in

I need an answer tonight (but if I don't get any its okay)

For my art homework a have to think of someone to base my fashion project on..

I was going to do gerard way but it thought id rather do a famous emo girl so I can make a really cool emo dress but I can't think of any famous emo girl (apart from avril lavine but I'm guesing lods of people will be choosing her and I don't want to do something lots of people are doing)

Please helpp:confused:

Homework questions belong under Education-->Homework Help.

I think it would be a real challenge and would certainly show off your talent if you choose someone like Marilyn Monroe or Ugly Betty.

Hmm.. marilyn monroe is cool and I know like everything about her so she would be quite easy to do

She wasn't the starving waif-type either.

Btw, it's Avril Lavigne.

Well I have to choose someone tonight so I can write a 11 word essay on them but we design a outfit for them and then make it later on in the school year.
I was planing to make a kind of really different punky, emo dress but I can't think of anyone who would wear that kind of thing

Now, let me ask this... Why would you want to do emo? It's so common these days. Why not try something a little out of the ordinary? You may just start something.

Because I like emo/punk style.. and in my school its different and its not common at all. I would do Marilyn Monroe but I can't really think of anything she'd wear that people look at and say "wow"

I agree that you may like it, but it's so common. Actually you really want to impress your teacher. Wow her. Do something different.

Emo really isn't a fashion, but more a personality.

I searched for her in Google Images just to remind myself of what she usually wore in public. Remember, she was amply endowed and quite voluptuous. She usually showed a lot of skin, cleavage, etc.

Can you come up with an outfit that was just the opposite of how she dressed, and still get a WOW reaction?

Im going to make a dress that shows a bit of skin but not loads.. I just want to make a kind of punky dress, all I need is a person who would actually wear a punky dress.. I thought of the singer Pink.. I think she would wear that type of dress

Something like this? Gauzy, see-through, bold colors and pattern, change her hair to a punky style but be sure she is recognizable as MM --
