Please, can somebody help me?;) I have printer HP deskjet 3600. It has been working until trere was ink. Today I bought new ink, but mu printer could not print. On the monitor appears the message ''There is not paper'', but I put enough paper. I have that printer for two years and this is the first time it doesn't work. I am sorry because I don't know English very well, but I hope so that we will understand me. Can you please, send mi answer to my mail address, it is easier to read, because my internet is so slow. Make sure there is no paper jam and the ink cartridges are seated properly.

Also, make sure the new ink cartdidges have had all packing material removed from them prior to installing the new cartridge.

Look for tape covering the print nozzles or contact points on the cartridge itself.
