So beside using stalder bleach cream you are using another lightening cream?

I've ordered the whitening crème, lotion and papaya soap, from south gain. This is my 3rd day using the product. Haven't seen any results yet, I assume it may take a month or so. I am a med. Brown skin tone of African descent. Do you think I will have results and if so how long before I notice? The papaya soap seems to burn a little when applied to face is this normal?
At first i was using the bleaching body kit consist of papaya kojic soap, body whitening lotion (which i preferred to apply in my body not on my face) and skin moist lotion. Then after that kit i tried the melasma kit: black soap, lightening cream, skin toner , facial lotion and sbf collagen creme as my sunscreen and foundation. After i finished my black soap i was already happy with my skin shade/tone. So this time i decided to use the licorice soap which is mild. But i'm still using the lightening creme for my blemishes and the sbf collagen creme which i think i'll be using it forever- it's a 2 in 1- foundation and a sunscreen; saves money. I love it!

I ordered the same package from eBay and I have noticed my skin is peeling abit since using it but it has made my skin a lot clearer using the soap and then the whitening cream. Has anyone noticed any stinging?I have really bad eye circles as well so I am using a lemon juice and almond oil mixture under my eyes so that might explain the stinging but please let me know how your results are going!

My skin started to peel yesterday, more around the eyes and nose. It's very red and sensitive. Is this normal?
Yeah, i experienced that, too. In the instruction kit they said let it stand/lather for 4-3 mins. for me i let it stand for 2 mins (face) and on my body longer than that and i used a loofah or wash cloth to scub. It expoliates your skin and will make it smoother and lighter. Just be patient and keep using it...that's what i did...keep expecting that once i used it i'll be whiter right away. I think if your skin is really sensitive better use the black soap- that's a whitening soap too. This is my experienced with that product.

I had the same problem. The area around my eyes started peeling heavily and it was very sore.I have stopped using the lemon juice and almond oil mixture to see if the stalder products alone can help lighten my dark circles. It's a hassle applying foundation on your skin though because it flakes off from all the skin peeling that's going on.Can anyone tell me if the skin peeling is permanent or just temporary?

My skin is still peeling and very sore, face and neck so I haven't been applying the soap on those areas. I'm going to purchase the black soap because they say that it is milder. But my skin is a least a shade lighter and it has only been a week and I'm not even applying it twice a day. I think that it alone will lighten the circles around your eyes. I'm not sure of how dark the circles are or your skin tone, but this stuff is working for me. It's taken a little slower for my arms but I'm going to keep using these products. I applied make up once but yes the peeling makes it very horrible looking. Honestly I haven't put any on since the one time but my face now looks amazing with out it.

Hey thanks for replying! I haven't used the cream or soap in a whole week because I bruised my face really bad from a hair removing incident which may have been triggered by the soreness and peeling from the creams. (no I'm not hairy beast!) My skin colour is olive and my eye circles are quite dark but I am going to see whether the creams can do the trick. If not then I am back to the lemon juice thing. I have noticed that the cream works fast on your face. I haven't used the creams long at all but my complexion is very clear. Going to see if the peeling reappears too because its so annoying having dry peeling skin because everyone notices!

Hey whitebutterfly - does the skin peeling eventually stop though or is it a continuous thing because it is always going to exfoliate your skin the more you use it because that's going to be more of a hassle because of the dry skin look. Im using the black papaya soap and then I apply the whitening cream and then I use the lotion on my neck and arms and hands only. The bottles are tiny! I was so amazed at how tiny the bottles were when they arrived. I don't apply sunscreen or sunblock because I don't think its necessary applying so much on your skin and especially since its always raining in the UK! I avoid make up at times and especially foundation because I know that eventually the creams should eradicate any need to cover up patchiness or blemishes therefore foundation won't be needed. Keep updating with results guys!

Yup I've noticed my skin is much smoother and is the most brightest after I have used the soap. I'm using the black beauty bar which I think is the papaya one? Then I use the whitening cream on my face and then I use the body whitening lotion on my neck and arms.Is this package the melasma kit?? I have no idea! I got my package from eBay and I know people have said its not trustworthy but it was quite cheap and I think it is the real deal because we have all had the same results from the whole kit but it is labelled as diane stalder products. Where did you get yours from guys?

Oct 3, 2007, 07:31 AM
I received my products from southgain as well, I got the orange papaya soap, body whitening lotion and whitening crème. Yes items are small so I'm actually about to purchase more. Is there a difference in the whitening lotion and the lightening lotion? If so then what is the difference, and which one will give you better results (lightest skin tone)
body bleaching kit ( papaya soap, body whitening lotion and skin moist plus lotion) melasma kit ( black soap, skin toner, sbf collagen cream, facial lotion and a lightening cream) gt it at southgain.com they are the official or authorized didtributor here in USA so i'm very sure i gt the genuine products. One of my item was bought through auction. Nice to hear all the positive results...It's kinda exciting...

Yeah most people on here have brought there's from southgain but I don't know the difference in price. I live in the UK and it cost me £16 ($32) for the body bleaching kit and I thought it was quite cheap until I saw the size! They were shipped from the Philippines and it took around 10 days to arrive which was a hassle but all the results I have heard are positive so far which is encouraging me to stock up and buy more. Just wish the lotion bottle was bigger so I can use it on other areas as I am limited to using it only on my arms and neck for now but the rest of my body is fair which is weird. Is anyone using the lotion on their face at all?I have started using it on top of the whitening cream on my eyes so it has double the strength to remove my eye circles. Wish me luck!

Thanks whitebutterfly but can I ask how long have you been using the creams because you have had excellent results already.Your 100% right about me applying both creams to my eyes as it is a very sensitive area but I have had no problems so far. The stinging has gone down a lot and Im sure I have seen an improvement in my eye circles.I was supposed to write above that I did buy mine from eBay because they were a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Just like you I have spent a lot of money on stupid creams like makari and fair and white. I can't believe they actually sell that kind of stuff. My skin is so soft with these creams. Honestly I can't stop touching it! I forget to apply the lotion a lot so I haven't seen much results on my arms but I only use a tiny bit because I don't want it to run out! How long do you guys apply the soap for?My trick is to apply the soap first and then brush my teeth and that way it uses up time and the soap gets to work on my face while I'm brushing my teeth!

Hello whitebutterfly, thanks for letting me know the difference about the lotions I'm going to get some lightening lotion for my arms so that it can catch up with my face. Also I seen on the site that they have lightening and whitening creams. Also you just mentioned that you started with the whitening then went to lightening cream. Can you please explain the difference in the two creams.
You're welcome, shazzy. It's my pleasure to share my positive experience and enjoyment with Diana stalder products (can wear any color of clothes now); anyone can see me now in the dark hahahaha. I think i finished 6 whitening creams and then switched to lightening cream but not to forget i finished 2 bleaching kits + 3 papaya soaps, one melasma kit + 2 black soaps and now I’m into licorice (pink) for a very mild soap just to maintain. I'm still using the lightening cream i am applying the cream once a day but it's not like before that i applied 2-3x a day. I still have some little dark spots to remove. I take a shower 2x a day am/pm using the soap, lather it and use a magic towel scrub (you can choose any scrub you like) to scrub all over my body and let it stand for few minutes then shampoo my hair. If it's start to sting i rinse it right away. After towel dry- i apply the lotion right away- tip: put your lotion near the towel or tub so you'll not forget to use it. I can't stop thanking my friend for sharing this Diana stalder and now southgain is my favorite ebay seller - their gain is my gain, too. I think i gain more than they do - my skin is softer, smoother and lighter and I’m so satisfied....hahaha.
How much lotion, cream and soap to use: it depends on your skin tone, your desired shade and satisfaction. Have a nice day.

Hey whitebutterfly! You've been through so many lightening kits! I'm still on my first one and today I noticed the skin around my eyes is peeling. Its either my eyes or nose that peel though, I don't know why. Hopefully the skin around my eyes is peeling to bring back the colour around my skin that it was around four years ago. It is a sensitive area for me to be working on but I have noticed a tiny improvement around my eyes. The rest of my skin is looking so nice these days and it looks one overall colour and very smooth. Once my eyes have returned back to their colour then I can face wearing decent eye make up! Can I just ask you guys what skin shade you were and what skin shade you are now?

Hey, I was a med/light brown. Also for some reason the skin around my hair line is a shade darker now, not sure why the cream isn't lightening that part of my face. The rest of my face is turning fair. Im looking a little strange now that the corner from my eyes on back to my hair line is darker. You guys have any reason why this may be so?

I have no idea why the area around your hairline is darker.Have you tried applying the cream more on that area so it can match the rest of your skin? My eyes are quite sore still and the skin is heavily peeling around that area.Looks red sometimes but I'm going to use the cream for a bit longer to see if it has having any effect ony my dark circles despite the soreness

The stinging goes away after about a week or too... I've been using for a while now and I leave it on for up to 10 minutes now... (Soaps) with no problem... I have not lightened a tremendous amount... you cannot expect miracles from a soap and a cream... well at least don't be startled if you are not white after using these products... lol... they are great for brightening... I love the clarity of my complexion... no uneveness... so expect that... I am dark skinned... hispanic-Hindi/Indian complexion... also use a moisturizer afterwards also... preferably something that absorbs well like natural oil lotions and creams... not petroleum based lotions... my skin is not overly sensitive however... in other words very few things break me out... it is not tough either lol... but a bit of irritation should be expected for a little while... exercise common sense however... if it is unbearable... inflammed, or rash... you might have a serious problem...

Thanks boricua I just needed to know if the stinging does eventually go away because I am either going to have to give up the soap or cream if it still continues because every time my eyes start watering the area around it starts stinging like crazy but thanks whitebutterfly I'm definitely going to apply a moisturiser because it will help the stinging and dry skin too.Does anyone have any scars that they had and did these creams fade them successfully?I have a few spot scars and I have loads of beauty spots on my face so my face can look pretty crowded with scars if you look from a far but I'm trying to get rid of all the old scars.Just wanted to know if its going to be a slow process with these creams?

I feel the same way about the soap, The stinging is crazy, I didn't use for 2 days and when I applied again it took only a few seconds before it started burning again. I'm going to try the black soap. Also thanks guys, I have been applying closer to the hair line maybe I was missing it or something (strange).

I was the same.God I didn't know how much the topic of skin lightening can mature a person.I used to buy lightening products and swear by them to my sister and each one was as disastrous as the next but I didn't want to admit that to my sister as I was still searching for the perfect one.Im swearing by diane stalder products but I still think I could get the same results with other creams minus the stinging because the stinging has dried out my face and is making it peel as if I have exzema.I luved makari at one point but that is the worst cream ever after 2 weeks of using it.Spots and scars breakout everywhere. WHB How is your progress with the lightening of your arms and legs?
It will not whiten your hair/eye brows. I still have my dark brown hair and my skin is glowing light brown. Just be careful when apply around your eyes, ok. If you have a very sensitive skin better use the black soap. As you know papaya kojic soap is stronger it exfoliates the skin. Just be patient and enjoy the product. This is very effective and affordable. And use a sunscreen gel or cream. Never think once you use it for a week you
'll have a white skin. Whatever whitening/lightening product will never happen. But you'll see some progress little by little. Good Luck.

Hi WBF,
When you says she uses it longer, do you mean she lets the product stay on longer or that she has been using the product for quite some time? I'm still wondering if this will work for me. I never felt any sensation, stinging or anything. I guess I was kind of using that as a determination as whether this was made for my skin type. We'll see...
I'll hang in there and let you know what happens. I'm so anxious... I keep looking in the mirror!! HAHAHAHA
Very happy.
Actually, 2 weeks ago we went camping/fishing and boating. It was my first time to enjoy being out of the sun (of course I use sunscreen) for the whole day because I know if I get burned and become so dark again I don't need to worry because i have my Diana Stalder products. It was true I was burned and now I’m back with my bleaching kit (remember I told you last time that I was using the Licorice (pink) soap for maintenance). In just a week my skin getting lighter again and maybe because I was light brown already (from very dark brown) it doesn’t take too long to be back again…. Now I can watched football, baseball without wearing a very thick long sleeve shirt or without saying, “sorry I can’t go”. Although I spend money again for this product it’s no regret because I know it’s working right n my skin.
My friend who recommended this product- wow, you won’t believe it. She’s an African-American and her skin now is way way to impossible…Her skin shade is just the same as mine now. But she uses it longer than I do. I lose in our bet. Now will pay for her next 2 orders of Diana Stalder it’s a double expenses for me hahaha but I’m very thankful to her. If not maybe I’m still searching and buying those non-sense product and will charge me more.

Well I'm only two days in but...
In the morning I use the Papaya Soap, toner, lightening lotion and skin moist lotion. At night I use Papaya Soap, toner, whitening cream. Both of these regimens are used on my entire face and neck including eye area. I have not experienced any degree of stinging, burning or anything of the sort. I leave the soap on for 10 minutes each time... again nothing burns or stings. I'll keep you informed...
If nothing else... I love the way my skin feels now. Now... if it will lighten up, it will be perfect!!
Ok, my labeled diana stalder bleaching kit consist of body bleaching lotion, papaya soap and the skin moist plus lotion - to avoid dryness of the skin and use as sunscreen. I think you gt your kit to other ebayer. Can't comment on that. The kit with cream and facial lotion i'm talking about is the melasma kit this is with black soap...If you use the whitening cream on around of your eyes of course expect you'll have some peeling because the whitening cream is stronger than the lightening cream...Well, i'm talking about the diana stalder cream...I never use the whitening/lightening lotion on my face. Yes ..applying the lightening lotion around your eyes will help to work faster but remember this is dual action/ stronger and remember the skin around your eyes is sensitive it might cause you a lot stinging or peeling. Maybe you can use the whitening cream around it.... You can get those cream out of the kit..

It's a been only a few days and NOW I know what you guys mean when you talk about the stinging sensation. For me, its not when I put the soap on but when I take it off! I have to wait 5 minutes or so before I can use the toner stringent. I am also peeling a little around my nose area, nothing significant though. Oh yeah, the area around my eye seems to sting the most. Tonight I'm not going to apply the soap heavily around my eye area. It's not unbearable but just enough for me to notice.
Wish me luck! I love the way the soap has softened my skin!

Thanks...
No stinging or anything today. Not any difference is my color either, well I guess I shouldn't expect a difference yet. I've been using the kit for less than a week... hahaha
Again, my skin look soooo good! I know I'm going to continue using this soap if all else fails! It does wonders for softening your skin. It's now my bath soap, I had to kick Oil Of Olay to the curb!! My entire body feels silky and smooth. I hope it will lighten my skin too, if so I'll call this soap a miracle worker!!
Now it start to have a sting effect and peel- soap is really working now…exfoliating your skin and later gonna be lighten. You can alternate it with black soap every other day if you can’t bear the sensation. Don’t rub the toner too hard. If peeling too much don’t forget to use a moisturizer…you can use a Diana Stalder or even your own moisturizer.

Though I'm unsure of your skin type or ethnicity... I'm curious to know the amount of time it took before you could notice a difference in your skin tone.

Well now I understand why you've had such great success. I was told by the people at SouthGain that this product hardly ever fails on people of Asian or Philippine descent. They said they've only had a handful of African American's report success. Which of course doesn't mean that it won't work, just means that they weren't able to give me very much insight on how this will work for me. You said you were dark skin, I've NEVER seen a dark skin Asian person. Maybe your perception of dark skin is very different than mine. The Asian people I come in contact with are ALWAYS light, yeah they may have blemishes but no where near dark skin, as in African American dark skin!
Thanks so much for your help, it's been a pleasure. I'll keep you posted. Oh and I'll post a photo of my dark facial area, which again is very much so darker than the rest of my body.
Asian. I used to have a very dry skin, very dark brown complexion, and a lot of black blemishes. It was really ugly. Spent thousand of dollars trying a lot of whitening/lightening products but didn’t help just only washed away my money and time. I went to a dermatologist but didn’t really work out good. Actually in 2 weeks time using this product I’ve noticed that my skin getting a little bit lighter just “little” so I said, “at least it’s working so keep using those products and be patient. It’s been 42 days already- Dark brown to glowing light brown. My friend (African-American) seems like 2-3mos and now between medium to light brown. (Sorry really don’t know what color is between the medium and light brown)
Most of the whitening product they mentioned here I tried it already except the glutathione pills- never will take pills though they are saying no side effects but I’m scared the effect later in the future.

I totally understand what you mean. People of other races say they are dark but indeed they are light compared to African American. I am referred to being light Skin By people of African American, My father being AFrican American and My mother being Hispanic, Too Dark races. Some of my all Black cousins Are much lighter than I am with light eyes. But any way Because I am part black (I think more black than hispanic) DS products work for me. I really think that this is a great product, yes because of your darker complexion you haven't had instant results. It worked for me on the third day. It'll probably take a lil' longer for you. My very young daughter is dark skin and if she has a problem with her skin tone when she is older I will for sure let her use these products if they are still around. But I tell her every day that she is a beautiful princess. She is the darkest of my kids. Even though her features are very European looking, (nose, wavy hair). I know she feels different because she is very dark. But if my encouraging words alone doesn't keep her loving herself. I will let her know about the products in about 10 years, LOL :)

Hiya guys!
I read the whole post and glad to see the product is working well well for you. I'm in the UK and hoping to buy some of the diana products.
My problem is my whole body is light golden brown but my face is darker. My face is very uneven as well. Dark chin, dark upper lip area, dark under eye circles and dark forehead plus lots of scars on my cheek. I'm indian asian. Do I have to buy the kit or just the soap and cream as I'm happy with my skin on my body. Just want my face to be matched up to my body.
At the moment I'm using stillman's bleaching cream and arche pearl cream but want to stop as it's not really helping. Plus, stillman's doesn't say what ingredients it has in it. :(

I'm asian too and have the same problems as you with the under eye circles and quite a few scars on my cheeks. Im using the diane stalder creams and I'm quite happy with the results so far.I got mine on eBay and it was quite cheap.Just wish I could get something for my under eye circles

I let the Papaya soap stay on twice daily for 10-15 minutes and nothing!

The shipping for myself was very inexspensive, Like I stated I ordered 5 creams yesterday at $4.50 shipping for first item and $1 ea. additional item. That is cheap to me because I paid way more when I purchaseded 1 item from WOE.
it depends on how big/small the area you're gonna apply. And really- how much cream you're gonna use. It's in the jar said apply very thin- but sometimes i applied more and i use it twice a day instead of once a day.

RALPHEAL: Yes I seen your results and they were great, It was your photos that made me order. I haven't purchased the MegaBlast yet. I really don't want to spend $200. I have previously stated that I achieved great results from DS products so I didn't think that I would need the stronger Mega Blast. I was hoping to see good results from WOE and then switch back to DS just to maintain, because DS products are less exspensive. But I just purchased more DS products they work well on me. I will continue to use the WOE on my legs to see what happens. I hear its good for legs.

Though I have not experienced any whitening yet (been using almost 3 weeks). I love and prefer the Papaya soap opposed to the Black soap. It makes your skin feel smooth and silky, whereas the black totally dries my skin out. I'm so mad that I bought two of them too, because I'll probably never use them. I need more Papaya soap, it has become my regular bath soap now. I love the way it makes my entire body feel.
These are for the genuine DS
Papaya kojic soap (color orange)- Kojic and papaine
Black Soap (color black) - Licorice and Kojic
Licorice soap (color pink)- Licorice

I don't like to say that they are not affective they are just not working for me. They seem to work for some people. Those people who they work for love and brag about the product, and because they do people tend to think that they work for the company. Its not me or whoever to say. I know DS products work for me and because of that I'm too going to brag and recommend DS products to who ever ask. DS is so much cheaper and HELL it works for me and others who I've talked to. Now as you read it doesn't work as fast on some people. But I would rather pay I small amount for a few months until I see results than pay $200 and who knows. We have to try and use what works for us. But YES I'm going to brag now B/C DS works for me.
I'm not for sure who asked but My first kit came with the Papaya soap. Other than that I've bought items separately. They do combine shipping.

But now I only apply the soap maybe once or twice a week with no burning at all. I think what happens is that its getting rid of your old dead skin which is when it peels. Now I know longer peel or burn. If you can get though it it's well worth it because after that stage I was fine. It you read back when I first started using I asked the same questions, They told me the same and I thought they were crazy because I couldn't deal with the burning, but it does leave.

Beyonce seems to be naturally fair
But looking at tyra's parents (who are both dark brown)
It makes me wonder because she sometimes looks really brown and sometimes she looks really light
But I wouldn't try world of entertainment
It looks fake and so does the site
And people have been saying it's a scam
But as for the stalder soaps it's the only soap on this forum that people have said works

Punk chic the first week my entire face went pale except for around my hairline so I started making sure I was applying the same amount there. You may have been applying it just a little heavier in that area with out realizing it. But yes I was looking strange too but it cleared up in about a week. EVERYONE lets remember we are lightening and each part of our body parts are different. Meaning your face maybe combination so you will have different results at different times but gradaully things will catch up. SO to get what we want we may have to look strange for a day or two until everything catches up. ;)

What are the ingredients of DS? I don't see a ingredients list anywhere. We should not use it if it has dangerious ingredients. Can anyone confirm and post the actual ingredients?
Mega blast from woe contains hydroquinone, HQ is very bad for health so I am not going to use it. NOWAY.
Some of the Fair & White Exclusive line doesn't have HQ and is good.

Hello Redimond, whitebutterfly is awesome, she helped me with DS and she was right, this product is really amazing, I am using it on my face and some parts on my body, I just love it on the face, all whitening products might lighten u up but not necessarily smooth the skin, the soaps are just amazing , I saw results very fast with the face stuff and the soap great for the body and the lightening lotions for spots and very reasonable prices, and I am sure it has no HQ , I know how that smells like, HQ is fast. If you want something fast you can try HQ and maintain with the other stuff like kojic or licorice , but really you will love DS
And there's this mono, every one is using it but we don't know how to get it , it looks like it gives drastic results if it is done right. Well, keep on searching and I will too, if I find the right mono I will let you know if you want to go for something drastic, I will check with doctor as well. God, lots of opinions but I am sure there is a safe way to go about it with an MD supervision, and this Glutathione, lovely said she's got it form a web site which she swears by, they sell it for $38 buck (good price) it's master of antioxidant, but not while pregnant according to my knowledge, something to look for, Hamid says GT to be taken with vitamin c and rosehip and rosehip oil is fantastic on the skin for scars and imperfections, I will find this elusive mono powder, there're talking about and keeping it secret but still talk about it , funny? will let know when I do, take care

thank you so much... I am looking for something that will lighten/brighten me up. I want to being out the yellow undertones in my skin. I am african american with a skin color like ashanti(the singer), I mean I love my skin color its full of yellow tones but due to my years of acne I have spot and in even color. My color appears to be murky/dirty because its dark one place, light in another spot... discoloration. Don't get me wrong I love my skin but I want it to be one nice lighter color. I would love to try the peeling soap because that's the key to lightening the skin... but I need a promising skin lighener. Muna, It is hard to find monobenzene to a cetain extent... I know where to buy it but it seems to be risking my skin. Someone told me that it doesn't lighten but kill the skin color cells meaning you go from brown to pasty white-no in betweens. The skin could spot up and its all is permanent. But that person could be wrong. I'ce heard about Benzyl-arbutin and I'm trying it now , its only been a week. World of entertainment seems fishy, and if it does work that it just too much D^#$ money... lol. DS products are safe. There is no hydroquinone. I can't really give you a complete answers for all the products because i haven't try it all. For their whitening ingredients - papain (papaya extract), kojic acid (mushroom extract), Licorice, arbutin, lactic acid, etc...but i didn't see any hydroquinone.
I am light-medium brown asian-indian. I was using bio-claire on my face and body since Aug 15. In 3-4 weeks it made me about 5 shades lighter and for body it took 7-8 weeks to make about 5 shade lighter. The problem started on face after 10 week of using, I got dark shade on my upper cheeks due to foundation I was using so I stopped using it and in 2-3 weeks, I went back to 3-4 shade darker( just 1 shade lighter than I started with). Although my body is same light as before(no darken effect on body). I started using bio claire again and again got 1-2 shade lighter but then again went darker. Now I am only 1 shade lighter than I began with but my bosy is about 4 shades lighter than my face.. it looks odd.
One of my friend is using fair and white exclusive on face for years without being darker(maintaining the lighten effect) and it has highter lighten effects.
I am thinking of DS products a try on my face as it has such nice review. My question is:
1. Will it make me dark again(with continuing using) like bio claire did?
2. How many shades it can lighten?
3. Is there any skin sensivity issue?

I don't know what to believe. I have been on other skin lightening forums and sooo many people like ralpheal join the forums and get people to send them e-mails for their before and after pictures for WOE. It can't be a coincidence.
It upsets me to see these sellers try to sell us things that don't work not caring about what we want and that we end up wasting our hard earned money :(

I ordered my DS kit about 3 weeks ago. I use the k soap twice a day along with the facial bleach cream on my face but I use the body lotion with the soap about once a day. I have experienced the burning and the peeling. I am so red on my chest and under my breast area. I haven't seen a hard core difference but my father says that my darker areas are lightening up. I'm a caramel brown complexion. I just want to be a ta bit lighter (my original complexion) and get these darker spots out of my face. Has any other African American been successful with these products? I read of one but she didn't have much success. I've been using the kit for like 3 weeks. I'm going to continue to use it until I run out and hopefully I'll have more to tell you guys!

I've been using DS for ages now. Maybe 2 months I think? No drastic results. It has slightly lightened my skin. Think when it comes to lightening products, we should never really believe it when people say it is meant to lighten in one week or two. That's just total bull.
I am still using DS. It did lighten my skin slightly which means it is working, so with a little patience I will achieve the results I want. I'm not really dark skinned either.

I just received the my kit today and today is the first day I used the papaya kojic soap and the black licorice soap. I have the bleaching lotion, the two soaps I just mentioned and the bleaching cream (purchased on eBay. All DS). I was born with fair skin and now I have darker skin due to the sun exposure. My hips are still fair though because I never go out with shorts. If I use ds, will it give me my original skin tone back, and fast? Say 2 weeks?

You can cut the soap into 2 pieces in order to make it last longer.
Anyway, does anybody here knows how long does the peeling last? Cuz, today is my second day using the product and school is starting in a day. That means tomorrow is the last holiday! And the rest is school!! NO!
I'm going 10th grade... how stressful..
I don't want anybody in class to notice my skin peeling. How emberassing would it be?
I don't experience the peeling yet anyway.

Whew! That was the worst nightmare in 2007....try to imagine spending/investing big amount of money for a bad results! Well, tried the WOE thought it will help to get back to my normal skin at least eventhough not to whiten but i was so unlucky to get positive results as what others gt. I went to spa twice to get the salt glow just to scrub or make my skin not dry. I have a friend who recommneded this DS and at first i can't believe it's gonna work because its too cheap compared the other products i tried...Nothing to lose- try it and give a chance. And that's what i did! Skin become smooth and smoother- spots getting lighter and was really happy i was so sure getting good results...So give more time (patience)and buy more products and experiment becuase i don't really follow the directions (instead of using once a day i used it 2x a day; applied only in the morning but i applied day and night) Now- i'm not dark that used to be....In our family pictures ur not gonna say i'm just a "FRIEND" because i'm one of them,too...see from the skin color.
For the people doesn't know about what i'm talking about-
I'm a Filipina and my mother, sibling and cousins they have a fair complexion. I used to have very dark complexion because i got it from my black american father. I was always out of place.. But now wont that happen anymore- I have a glowing light brown complexion.
Don't think that made much sense - sorry. You said people called you polka dot lady when you used monobenzone so how did you manage to to even it all up? DS has given me 3 white patches even though I try to apply it evenly. It still hasn't evened up for me yet. :(

How long did you mean "a while"? Also, how many times do you use the DS products?
I use the black soap on my face & papaya kojic soap on the whole body & leave it on for 10 minutes or less. I do that every day in the morning. Also, I apply the cream on my face & the body lotion on exposed area (arms, legs, neck etc) every other day. Today is my second day on treatment. Used the soaps twice & the cream & lotion once. No, peeling & stinging yet whatsoever. Though my skin is getting smoother & softer. :D
Since DS products are especially formulated for southeast asian skin, I thought it would work faster for me since I have southest asian skin (I'm not a filipino though) especially I was born fair. I heard many people from the philippines saw results within 3 - 14 days. Some see results after an overnight application. But the average time is 2 weeks. On the other hand, african americans often see results within months.
I bet in my case, I would see result in a week! :D
Anyway, I found information on how to use DS products & stuff here (I didn't buy my DS from the seller but their pages are sooo informative! Don't forget to read the WHOLE auction! That is where the most info are! The FAQ page is GREAT too!)..

Think it has been a month or two since I've been using DS.
I used to leave the soap on my face for 10 minutes also but then my skin went really sore and red so left on for a minute or two. I used to apply soap and crème twice a day but now lowered to once a day as my skin is now really dry and flaky.
Those links you gave, I've read them before, and pages like that put me off buying DS as they tend to exaggerate the product but on here no one really does that and they just share their experiences so that's why I bought it.
I use banana boat sunscreen.
I have Asian skin and I'm not really dark either. When I bought DS I thought I'd get results within a fortnight because I'm not really dark but still after a month or two usage, it has only slightly lightened my face and given me 3 white patches.
I hope it works out for you. I'm going to still carry on using it, if in a few weeks it hasn't improved, I'm going to stop and switch over to bio claire.

Well no doubt ur face will get sore- u leave it for 10minutes though it doesn't sting or feeling sensitive 5 minutes is enough already. Maybe that's why making it flaky and dry- its peeling. Just use some moisturizer or facial lotion to even out the skin.
I bought my very 1st bar of soap there...I was tempted with her lenghty details and feedbacks but was a mistake. So i change to another seller and stick to them.
For two weeks I left it on my skin for 10 minutes then stopped. I stop when it gets too bad and just apply olive oil for a week then my skin is OK. After that I start apply DS and begins peeling again.

That was a very good deal...But sorry- when i checked those 15% items at the website the lotion, cream and soap are unlabeled but there is a DS at the background....She gt some labeled ones but not on sale....I will still get mine with the genuine labeled products....
The DS at the background is the box DS used to ship the products to her (the seller). Well, I will still consider to get mine from her (after the first set runs out) because I know she sells genuine DS products & they are a lot cheaper. She even showed me the invoice/receipt.
She says that DS laboratories have a new product coming out soon. They say it will lighten the skin in 7 days but they're not selling them yet because they are letting their models try it first before selling them. They say it'll be more expensive than the existing ones. I cannot wait to get my hand on the new one! She said she will try them herself before selling them.
I will let you guys know if they are out and distribute to their clients.. ;)

Ever since I started using DS products, everything I put on my face, stings! Including sunscreen, my usual moisturizer & even when I wash my face with my usual natural soap bar in the morning (I use my DS Black Bar at night). They do not sting before I started using DS products. The sting lasts about 3 minutes or less. Well, it's not that bad!
Here's my regimen.
Morning: My usual soap bar, sunscreen
Night: DS Black Bar, DS Lightening Crème (I alternate it with my usual moisturizer)
Well, since I use my DS Lightening Crème every other day, I use my usual moisturizer when I'm not using the Lightening Crème. And I use my DS Black Bar once every day, so I use my usual soap bar in the morning & DS Black Bar at night.
They started to sting on the 3rd day of using Diana Stalder products. Does it mean that it's working or did I do anything wrong? Or does that mean I have sensitive skin?

You have not done anything wrong. It stings sometimes when I apply the crème but I just take it. Will be worth it in the long run (if it works for you that is). :)

The DS black soap has started to sting so now I only leave it on my face for around a minute. It seems like everything I put on my face right after I wash my face (no matter what cleanser including my usual soap bar), stings! Not to mention, even my usual soap bar "stings" me. The weirdest thing is the soap used to not sting my face as it is a natural, gentle & soothing soap bar I loved. So, now I have to wait for at least 5 minutes after cleansing, before I can smear on moisturizer, DS Lightening Crème or sunscreen. That stings too but not as bad. After all this, I haven't experience any peeling yet. This is getting weirder & weirder. Does that happen to you? Is it normal?
Will it continue to sting every time I use soap & cream (forever)? Or will it eventually get better?

I don't think I have sensitive skin. I contacted the seller & she said it could be that I have sensitive skin. I thought I have oily skin. My skin is always oily at school (my friends told me that too) & when I touch I can feel the "grease". It's obvious that I have oily skin.
Today is my 6th day on treatment. It started since the 4th day. I have no problem on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd days.
It's weird that I haven't experience any peeling but my skin has lightened slightly.

If you read the earlier thread you will see that most of us had the same stinging problem. I stinging was so bad that I was scared to continue to use it. I stopped for a while and started back eventually it stopped. Now I don't use it as often and leave it on as long. But it will stop. My skin too is (was) oily. I would touch my chin or forehead and my hand would shine as if it was wet. I had to use the oil sheets from Mary Kay and they would have so much oil on them. After the Ds products I don't even have oily skin now. That alone was good for me even if it hadn't of worked as a lightener. But It helped with both.

My skin has started to peel! Yay! Anyway, after the stinging goes away (if it ever will), I'm planning to use the cream every night & use the black soap twice a day. So, my question is can I apply the Lightening Creme & let it absorb & then smear on my usual moisturizer on top?? Is that okay?
Also, is it normal that my usual soap has started to "sting" me & it used to not sting my face as it is a natural, gentle & soothing soap bar I loved. Every creams/sunscreen including my usual moisturizer "stings" me within the first hour after cleansing!! After the hour, I smear on a little bit of moisturizer/sunscreen & it only stings a bit. Later on, I apply on more & it doesn't sting no more. It happens every time after I cleanse my face no matter what soap/cleanser I use!
The reason why I want to lighten my skin is because all the popular girls at my school are fair & they are considered as beautiful even though they have turtle lips, chinese eyes (they are not chinese), flat nose & all that. The complexion changes everything! I have a little cousin (9 years old) who is very fair & has chinese eyes, thin lips & flat nose yet many adults like her better than my other cousin (same aged) who is cuter in my opinion (beautiful eyes with naturally curled lashes) but darker. I pictured her with darker skin & she's not that pretty. We went to this occasion 4 days ago & she received many attentions! The teen girls wanted to play with her. A photographer even asked what her name is & took pictures of her a couple of times. I was born with fair skin but it got darker when I was 6 because we went to beaches many times. And by the time I reached 8, I got lighter back & got many compliments from my friends. LoL. They were just 8! But the skin redarken when I was 10 & never get lighter!
So, I hope Diana Stalder will lighten my skin to my original skin color. :p

DS black soap is not as strong as the papaya soap in peeling. Maybe you really have a sensitive skin. Of course you will feel a little bit sensitive everytime you put something on your face because ur skin is peeling (no more rough skin later-didn't mean u have a rough skin what i mean is the outer layer skin peeling) and u'll get to use it.
You can apply DS lightening cream first once absorbs you can apply your moisturizer then sunscreen. But if you are using the DS SBF collagen cream/sunscreen cream it's ok not to apply a moisturizer.
Thanks, whitebutterfly!
Yea, the papaya soap is stronger than the black soap in term of exfoliation. No, I don't have sensitive skin. I read on..

I totally get what you mean about the rough skin. I can feel it. :)

The only time i becme dark (sunburn)again was when we went camping and watched the football game last summer but i continue using DS products and back to lightening again. ( actually i'm not afraid to get burn because i have this product ) If u have a sensitive skin u bertter use the black soap. DS have this suncreen with foundation called SBF Collagen cream and its really good for the face and neck. Skin Toner or Facial lotion goes with it. I think if u want to try the DS - in your case- the Melasma kit- this is complete set with black soap,SBF collagen, skin toner, facial lotion, Lightening cream - if u want you can replace that cream to whitening just ask the seller--ooppss well it depends where u will get it. Getting a kit is cheaper than buying it individually- as my opinion. How many shades- well try to remember all of us have different skin tone. Just try to get the genuine DS to make sure of good results. Good Luck.
whitebutterfly,
I am back from vacation and wanted to start DS product. As you suggested, I will use the Melasma kit. You said "Lightening cream - if u want you can replace that cream to whitening" My question is what is the difference between lightening cream and whitening cream? Thank you

According to my friend who lives in the Philippines - Regine Velasquez used the DS products and went to their Dermaline clinic and she was also the DS/Dermaline endorser. And now she is one of Dr. Belo's endorser -high pay and more free treatments.

I just ordered the Mega Blast Cream from WOE. We'll see what happens. It was kind of expensive but I really want to lighten. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my brown skin but I just to lighten my face & neck (discolorations) to match the rest of my light brown body. We'll see what happens. But I will still continue to use the Papaya Soap from Southgain, gonna order more now. I love this soap for my entire body. Unlike you guys, it doesn't sting or anything. It gives my skin a soft & silky feel.

The update of the product? Have you read the new thread. WOE is highly poisonous! It contains mercury, hydroquinone & many dangerous chemicals. It doesn't work! Plus, it will lead you to cancer, kidney problems, skin problems etc etc. You still have faith in them, do you? I'm telling you, Forget WOE! Instead, try something else. I just want to let you know that I am here not to fight with anyone but to get as much information as I possibly can about what's good for my skin. Living in Australia is not easy for me at all. There is not many black people here and hence it makes it very hard to find skin ligthening products, that's the main reason I am on these forums otherwise I wouldn't. I must admit so far I have found useful information on these forums and I appreciate the fact that everyone seem concerned about "one another"

Fairskin,
I ordered the Mega Blast, received it and now am all broke out from it! I don't recommend this stuff. After all these people won't even reveal their identity. They are false. But what they don't realize is that they are messing with the wrong one. Their product has harmed my skin and I will get to the bottom of this even if it takes every cent I got! The principle is what matters!! The forum is a scheme. Everybody is there is all one person. Critique their responses, the writing is the same. The verbiage is the same! It is one person mostly replying. I am a very intelligent, highly educated professional and you can't fool me with that BS. WOE is not even a real company anyway! I'm requesting a refund today of everything I've bought there! If they know what's best for them they better give it to me!!

WOE has taken down those fake photos they had up too! They had us thinking you could get results from their products but in fact the pictures were from this site: index.htm and the hair one was the lady pictured as model I on this site: MODELS GALLERY-INDIAN LONG HAIR
They've snatched the forum down, but it ain't over!! They can change what they want because I already printed the entire site to show what it was when I bought my product and that is false advertising and it was done to deceive & mislead consumers. The Texas Attorney General's office has been informed. You can file a complaint too online at https://www.oag.state.tx.us/forms/cpd/form.php
They have given me some steps to follow, first one being ask for a refund and advise them it is granted! That will be today!

They're working great. Though I always forgot to use the papaya soap on the body! Hah! I use the cream everyday now. After using the black soap on the face every night, my face feel soooooo tight & dry. I can't even yawn. LoL. I have to wait like 5 minutes before applying the whitening cream to avoid soreness. And then a few minutes more before applying my usual moisturizer. I've been using the cream under my eye for a while now & have had no problem.
Does anybody know if my face is going to be tight after every wash using the black soap (forever)? Or I'm at the stage & it will get better? Because I can't stand with tight face. It feels like clay mask! And after a while, my face looks like there's a coat of clear plastic! Has anybody notice that?

My face felt like plastic when I first started using DS. I ignored it till my skin got really sore and got some kind of dark patches. So I gave my skin a break and just used olive oil till my skin healed. After that my skin wasn't plastic-y and continued using DS. My skin does however feel very dry, a little sore and peeling a little.

Thanks punkchic,
Have you seen any lightening at all yet?
It is slowly lightening up my skin. I have nearly finished my second kit. I found that the black soap is more suited for the face and the papaya soap for the body.

So it seems like my face is going to be dry forever. My face feel a little tight (I can yawn though) but it looks oily (I have oily skin).
whitebutterfly, is my face going to be tight after every wash using the black soap (forever)? Or I'm at the stage & it will get better?? Because I can't stand with tight face. It feels like clay mask! And after a while, my face looks like there's a coat of clear plastic! Has anybody notice that?
Answer me, please.
The unlabeled ones aren't genuine DS products.
I have to disagree with that. Not all unlabeled DS products are not genuine. I bought the unlabeled ones & they're genuine. She also showed me proof photo that they're genuine. She's also going to show me a copy of the receipt. I bought my set from..
eBay Store - Celebrity Skin Care: Health Beauty (http://stores.ebay.com/Celebrity-Skin-Care)
They're cheaper than the labeled ones. I trust her. She give discount for comeback customers. She have been selling the unlabeled DS products for a long long time. She told me that the Stalder Laboratories is having to release a new DS cream that is said to lighten the skin in 7 days. She will try it first for selling it to their customers. I can't wait to get my hands on it!

Mine stings on the 4th day. :) And now is my 8th day using it, still stings like hell but got better. I can handle it. I even leave it on for 4 minutes every time I use the soap.
I use the soap & cream everyday.
But right now, I'm concerned if my skin is going to be sensitive & dry forever! :(
I want my skin to get normal back!
Good luck, Doll_Face!

Why just show the photo? Why not included in the soap?
I didn't say she's not selling the genuine DS. She's selling mixed products (labeled and unlabeled)- She can show all the receipts u want with the labeled one - but why u get the unlabeld? If its unlabeled i can't really tell u whats goin on ur skin because we have different product.
Before new years i checked the web u said having 15% off those are the unlabeled and the labeled products no discount.
I'm not against with ur seller...u can get anywhere u want.
Sorry. I don't understand what you said.
"Why not included in the soap?"
Other than that, yes the soaps are in the original packaging & yes my skin is peeling.
Here's the proof photo..

Sorry to say we have different product. Those are generic . I think u better tell her u want ur product with the individual original packaging. That box is original from the manufacturer and i don't have any doubt but the product inside tsk tsk tsk. If u can check it at the DS website..:: Diana Stalder - The Skin Care Expert :: (http://www.staldergroup.com/diana/product.html) u'l see the genuine products look like- they are the manufacturer. I thinkl they will not sell unlabeled products.
Yea, I know how the labeled ones looks like. The seller bought directly from the Stalder Laboratories (they're are still Stalder's). That's why they're unlabeled. What I was trying to say is that the contents (creams & lotion) are the same exact thing and are manufactured & produced by the same factory as the labeled ones. That means you'll get the same results as it is just the container that's different. Only the containers are different because she wants to get it cheaper. Designer containers adds up prices.

I ordered my kit from eBay from HBA closeouts... It smells better than I thought it would. I started "stinging" this morning but I'm wondering, how long will the whole process take (dry and peel off) until I see results?

On the FAQ's, they say 1-2 weeks to see results. How long have you been using? You're using the Black soap right?

They aren't knockoffs. They are real DS products. They are authentic. I really recommend buying DS products from her (if you want to save money) because her prices are so much lower but of course you can buy from anyone you like! She regularly has discounts on her eBay store (more bucks save in pocket!). Right now, she is offering 10% discount on some of DS products from her store! Check it out!
eBay Store - Celebrity Skin Care: Health Beauty (http://stores.ebay.com/Celebrity-Skin-Care)
Anyway, she's an authorized distributor of Diana Stalder here in California. Actually, she knows more about Diana Stalder than any other sellers. She knows the owner of the Stalder. From who's the owner's daughter to where she (the owner of Stalder) came from in the Philippines. The real owner of Stalder is her (the seller) aunt's close friend and a very private person. She will send me a scan of her identification (authorized ID) and also the receipt. I will show it to you guys when I receive it from her.
Please note that I'm not advertising her store or anything negative you might think. I just want to prove to you guys that I bought genuine DS products & I want to help you guys to save money too! :D

I have the same problem, stinging/burning on my face. I bought DS products and started using it 3 days ago. My face started stinging/burning on the same day I started using it. It is still stinging/burning especially on the face not so much on the body and I am black. Is this a good sign that it is going to work? Fingers crossed.
Diana Stalder BODY BLEACHING KIT skin whitening, did not come with instructions of how to use it. Does anyone have an idea of how to use this kit? I have no problems using the soap just the lotions.

Here's a copy of the instruction. But I didn't get it from SouthGain. I bought mine from CelebritySkinCare. They're so much cheaper.
KOJIC SOAP AND LOTION
DIRECTIONS:
1. Use kojic soap as your daily bath soap. Use on the body first before using on face. You can use twice a day & lather it well at least 2 -3 minutes & rinse well.
2. If you have very sensitive skin, please use only 3x a week. REMINDER PLEASE APPLY SUNBLOCK FOR SUN PROTECTION THANKS.
SAVING FOR THE SOAP & LOTION
1. You can cut the soap into 2 pieces in order to make it last longer. You can also use loofah or cloth with the soap to make it last longer.
2. You can apply whitening lotion to exposed areas such as your neck, arms and legs. That's how you save the lotion.
If you are using kojic soap on your face, please do not leave it for over a minute becasue it might be too strong for your face. You can use it 3x a week on your face if you have very sensitive skin.
Note: Avoid exposure to sun while on treatment. If irritation occurs discontinue the use of products.

I always do combined shipping to save some bucks- when i compared both sellers prices and shipping with the same products ( what i mean her labeled and his labeled items ) with single item or even combined shipping it shows the difference who's cheaper but it's too minimal...
SugarBlush - im not against with your seller ok.
Of course, you're not! :)
But you keep saying we have different products, that's generic & all that. So, I just want to prove to you that I bought genuine DS products. That's all. NO hard feelings.
Anyway, try to compare her unlabeled & his labeled items. Her unlabeled are much cheaper because if you buy the labeled ones it will cost a lot of money because you are only paying for the nice containers and its not worth it. :) What's the point of just paying for the containers. You'll going to throw it later on anyway. You will still obtain same outcome as you would with the labeled DS. If you don't believe she's selling genuine DS products (referring to her unlabeled ones), buy her unlabeled cream & SouthGain labeled cream. Feel it, smell it, test it. And lastly, compare them. They're the same thing!

Maybe your friend bought fake Diana Stalder products. Who knows. But you're absolutely right. There is NO product works on everyone. But it seems like the genuine Diana Stalder products work for most of us.
Do not buy from Arizona4Pinoys! I believe they sell fake Diana Stalder products. I know a person who got bad side effect from using it. She's been using it for 2 months & still have not achieve the skin tone she wants. She now have dry, flaky skin which stings every time he wear clothes. That's bad!
Stores that you can trust are..
eBay Store - SouthGain: Diana Stalder, skin, baseball cards (http://stores.ebay.com/SouthGain-Enterprises/)
eBay Store - Celebrity Skin Care: Health Beauty (http://stores.ebay.com/Celebrity-Skin-Care)
I can guarantee both of them sells genuine Diana Stalder products. If you want to save some money, I recommend buying the unlabeled ones from Celebrity Skin Care. She's offering 10% discount right now.

I used it and it didn't irritate me or anything nor turn me red because I was too black when I used it lol but in the same token, it didn't really lighten my skin either. It was the one from southgain. I got it on eBay. There could be a number of reasons her skin turned red and broke out.
What happened with me was I used the papaya soap for my face and body. It DID make me break out and my skin developed a rash kind of thing on my chin area. So I stopped using it and applied olive oil on my skin till it healed. Then I started using the black soap which is so much better than the papaya.

The black soap didn't sting me that bad today. It wasn't that bad like it used to be. This morning, I used the soap. I left it on for like 2 minutes & I was surprised I didn't feel any stinging so I left it on for another 3 minutes. Total 5 minutes! Then, I decided to use the black soap & the cream 2x a day! Also, my face didn't look like there's a coat of clear shiny paint no more!
