Hii..
I'm 21 and I have beard growth problem with me... its not flawless I mean its not growing in a proper way... it looks weird. Moreever,its very thin ,way to invisible.And no one in my family has this problem as some say it harmone genes problem. Please assist me in curing one soon. LIke what sort of medicine or exercise would help in beard enhancement.

You might need a testosterone boost, but only your doctor would be able to tell you, and would be unlikely to give it to you for cosmetic reasons (and at 21 it's probably too late)
More likely it's just the way you are, we all learn to live with parts of our body that we don't like, and I suggest this is what you do.

I don't know if exercise helps with testosterone release. We have a great medical expert on the board and hopefully she'll be able to give a better answer than I.
