Nebraska is not going to extradict my husband. So once I find out if we are able to bond him out of jail, until court hearing, for misdemeanor charges, what I'm wondering, is can polk county, here in Florida add more time to his probation, or will he just get time served, and jail time for parapharnalia and cannabis charges opinions may vary but I'm open to hearing anything right now. His p.o isn't telling me anything, nor have I heard back from public defender as of yet. What's up? Thanks any replies asap

They can not "add" time to the other courts sentence, but they can give him a brand new probation, so he will be on two probations. He can get just time served, or get additional time also.
And honestly his Probation officer does not have a clue, it is all up to the judge or the DA if they will make a plea agreement with him.
