How do I prevent mildew or mold from appearing after powerwashing?

Noonano1 ireally don't know::: i gusse you could go to (lowes<home depot) and talk to someone there seem's like there should be some kind of chemical out there that keep mildew andand mold off??

Add a little bleach to you're washer inline so it uses a little as you spray

Use copper sulfate in the pressure washer

I don't know what the cost is per, Yard for concrete where you are at , but last JULY & AUG. around here it was almost $ 100.00 per yard. I haven't checked latle As for asphalt , I will bet at the price of sweet crude right now asphalt is jobs are going to be really high now. Calla asphalt contractor, they uselly give free estm. Also so do concrete contractors. You can also call a ready mix concrete plant and they will tell you what it is per yard .Tell them you want 3000 lb. with fibermesh in it.
