I have an abortion in Aug. of 2005, I got off birth control Feb. 2007 and have been trying to get pregnant. Why am I unable to get Pregnant? I had two previous ectopic pregnancies, but I did give birth to a health boy in 1999?

It takes most healthly couples up to a year before becoming pregnant. It's frustrating I know as me and my husband have been trying since this time last year, and I have a 5 year old daughter from another relationship. (I am going to start hormones next month).
I would make an appt with your OB and tell them you are trying to conceive. Get a check up, they will usually do some bloodwork to make sure all your hormones are at the right levels to conceive. Also your partner should get checked too.
There are many ways you can read up on to detect your most fertile time of the month. You can use ovulation predictor kits, taking your BBT, and just becoming aware of your body (vaginal discharge etc), so you will know when you are most fertile.
Stress, and/or focusing too much on getting pregnant can mess with your cycle and ovulation. The best thing is to just relax and have fun with it :) And in the mean time talk with your doctor ;)
