Hey people long time since I've been here last...
Well I have a question...
Not sure if it belongs under 'Movies' though..
OK how do you, or can you, speed up or slow down a movie/video clip in Windows Movie Maker... and if you can't do it there.. where? Or how?
Would really help me >.>

At the top, where the scroll-down bar says "Collections", click the scroll down bar and select "Video Effects". Then, simply click and drag an effect in front of the clip you want to modify.

To expand on worthbeads answer, you would either choose ( I think it differs depending what year your computer is) slow down half or speed up double, which seems obvious but just so you know what to look for
