A mole of a substance has the same mass as it's molecular mass, if that's what you're asking.

No I know the answer to my question I just don't know how they came up with it the question is how many H2 atoms are in one mole?

The question in my book is asking how many atoms are in 1.000 mole of H2 the answer is 1.204 x 10^24 I can not seem the get this answer so I was trying to see if there was an equation that I don't know
