I have the following wires coming from my house to the lake where I have a water pump. The wires are red, black, white, and bare copper. Is this 220? OK, if it is and I want to hook up a no-fault plug that has a black and white wire and a ground, which wires do I hook to each other? Thanks, Andy

You need to use a voltage tester to measure the voltage there is, cannot make any assumptions. You should find 240 volts across the black and red, and 120 volts from black to white, and to bare, same for the red.
What voltage does the pump need?
What voltage rating is the ground fault, (not "no-fault") receptacle?
There is no such thing as a 240 volt GFI outlet, only 2 pole circuit breakers are available in GFI.
