Hi, I'm from California doing 3 years probation for felony lewd conduct with a minor. She was my girlfriend and we ended up having a baby girl together. She was 16 and I was 20. At 6 months we told her parents together and I really wanted to help raise my baby. Anyway, they called the cops and instead of my 3 year sentence I was given 3 years probation. She was sent to live in West Virginia with her aunt and I have not seen her or our daughter, plus I was given a 3 year restraining order. I've been doing great for the past 11 months. I already finished my parenting courses and my HIV awareness testing and class. I just have 3 more days to do for caltrans. Recently, she came to visit her family and took the opportunity to call me and met me at the beach where I finally saw my daughter. We took a picture of the 3 of us and she posted it on her myspace. Her parents saw it and reported it to my probation officer about 4 days ago. My probation officer already talked to my girlfriend and she did verify that we saw each other, plus he has the picture. My probation officer has not contacted me about it. My question is, what will most likely happen?

Hello n:

If you violated the restraining order, you violated probation. They'll probably arrest you make you do your time.

Do you remember Mary Kay Letourneau? Google her.

Yes, it sounds like a very serious issue, not only did your violate your probation ( which you were lucky to get to start with) you vilated the restraining order. So not only will you most likely get violated, you will also possible face criminal charges for breaking the restraining order.
