The toy might have gone in too far. You might have a tilted pelvis. The same thing happened to me. The pinkish blood is a urinary infection. You've got to get that cleared up before you use the toys again or even have intercourse normally with penis. I don't think you are "torn"... he just put it in too far and touched the urethra.
