Strethen your stomach mucsels!
Do:
Sit-ups
V-ups
Cruches
Leg lifts
Hollow bodies

Do a combination of cardio (running, swiimming, cycling, aerobics etc) with ab exercises at the end of each exeercise session. Session can be anywhere from 40 minutes to one hour. Try for full sit ups 2 sets of 20. Twisting crunches, curl downs, pulses. (look up on internet) Do abs 4-5 times a week.
