There are several things it could be, some more serious than others. It would be best to get to the vet today, but not as essential as with a 7-8 week old. The big thing is parvo. Likely one of her parvo shots has taken, and even if not, there should be enough dog there to give a better chance of surviving. Still, if it turns into foul smelling diarrhea, panic, get her to a vet at once some how.
