I have absolutely no faith in natural remedies. Please don't try to treat a serious disease such as Cushings with unproven nostrums.
I wouldn't give her laxatives either unless recommended by the vet. Unless the vet has suggested another diet, you could add indigestible fiber to her diet. This could be done by adding canned beans or pumpkin. Another way would to go a more bulky diet. I recently changed my Holly from Iams to Purina 1. Her stools are now larger and softer. The regular Purina should produce even larger, softer stools. Just be careful to stay within any guidelines the vet gave you. I don't know enough about Cushings to be sure if what I suggested is a good idea or not. Otherwise, it should help the constipation. Make sure she gets plenty of exercise too.
