Bryant is made by Carrier.

In the top 30 percentile I would say. All manufacturers have produced lemons over time, Carrier/Bryant is not exempt of this.



First and most important is the installers and set up.
Secondly, it must be maintained.
Thirdly, at the rising cost of repairs, HVAC equipment is becoming disposable items. In other words at that 13-15 year mark they will start nickle and dimeing you to the point, a new furnace with warranties will probably become the cheaper option verses trying to keep a furnace alive from 15-20 years. By the way the expected life is 18-20.
