Hello

You could seek help from your doctor, who could refer you to a neutristenist.
At the end of the day its just simple diet and exercise.
Personally I love my food, so I could'nt diet when I tried to lose weight.I simply ate smaller portions and tried to resist temptation from too much junk food e.g. takeaways. Just have them every once in a while. I joined a gym and went for 30-45mins doing cardio 2 times a week minimum. The weight took months to come off, and slowly. If can't aford the gym go for walks or jogs. However, that is the best way as it stays off. Don't do any fad diets or extreme exercise as it will works against you in the end because if you do lose any weight, because as soon as you give it up your weight will come piling back on.
