I have this pimple looking thing on my inner thigh, but I don't think it's a pimple. Its basically the color of my skin just a little redder. It also has a littler bump right next to it. I know for a FACT its not an STD. It hurts SOOOO bad when I walk because it rubs against my other leg and it hurts to touch it. However, when I do touch it it is soft not hard and feels... gushy? Can anyone tell me what it is or if I should be really concered and head to the doctor?

Its hard to diagnose something one can't see. I would head for the doctor.

I get those sometimes, I pretty sure it's cause you sweat down there and bacteria gets in and yeah... or it's caused by chaffing, however you spell that, when your clothes rub against your skin, or your skin rubs together when you sweat. If you have what I get, it will go away in a few days.

I have had 2 of those before, and the reason being for me was because of shaving, when you shave and you get an ingrown hair you may not even notice it and it gets a little infected after a whil eit will make the area really sore, it will pop after a while, it may return, I'm almost positive it will leave a scar, both of mine did (sorry) and they can last for a really long time.

I have those too but I just rub baby powder after I shower so it won't hurt when my legs rub when I walk
