I have a Harbour Breeze fan that quits blowing or moving air.The fan is turning but no air will move .If you turn the fan off and back on it will move air for about 10 minutes. Its allmost like you can here it stop moving air.Can it be a vacuum in the room? The room is not totally air tight. Can anyone help?

What model fan is it? How old is it? Check these instructions here:

It is likely that your fan is currently set to pull air up instead of down. It is sometimes difficult to feel the air movement when it is set this way. Look for a small slide switch on the side of the motor, move it and the blade direction will reverse.

Good point. Is it spinning clockwise or counter-clockwise?
