I have the faucet and DO NOT use the sprayer. The installer just tied it beneath the sink and I put a hand soap dispenser in the sprayer hole.
There is NO WATER PRESSURE. It just dribbles infuriatingly. I found that the little logo button comes off the main chute of the faucet but I don't know what to do next. Help?

Take the aerator off, and then open the lines; hot and cold. How is the pressure now?

Follow EXNO's advice and check and clean the screens on the spouts aerator. If that don't get it then you have got minerals built up on the pipe walls that's clogging the inlet ports of the cartridge. If you can give me a model number of your faucet it would help. Regards, Tom
