Hi I would like to know how many horns are in my 98 chevy chevy silverado truck and where are they located and how to remove them to install some louder ones.

There are two horns. Located under hood, one left and one right. The left side is quite visible, behind the headlamp. The right side may be hidden by the battery and service light or may be easier to access, looking up inside just in front of the fenderliner.
You may not be able to install louder (usually larger) horns at the factory location due to the tight fit, but there plenty of optional locations.
