For the past couple of weeks, my mum has been having severe pain in her fingers. This hasn't happened before and it's really hurting and irritating her and she's only 44. Is there anything she can get or do, or should she go to her GP?

Pain in every joint of body due to uric acid high what could be the cause of increasing uric acid in the body..

For uric acid she can eat loads of cherries, cherry juice, cherry syrup.
Get a bottle of cherry syrup from a health food aisle and take 2 oz a day too.
* strawberries, blueberries, and other red-blue berries
* Bananas
* Celery
* Tomatoes
* Vegetables including kale, cabbage, parsley, green-leafy vegetables
* Foods high in bromelain (pineapple)
* Foods high in vitamin C (red cabbage, red bell peppers, tangerines, mandarins, oranges, potatoes)
* purified water (8 glasses of water per day)
* Low-fat dairy products
* high fiber whole grains and whole wheat
* Essential fatty acids (tuna and salmon, flaxseed, nuts, seeds)
Avoid
* Coffee, tea
* Carbonated beverages
* rich foods -meat, gravy
But these are just general things and she needs to see the doctor to get the root diagnosis.
