I have just divorced ,and I have to pay my wife pound a year spouce maintenance for 5 years,so does this mean I can't move in and re marry and can she claim more money

The best thing to do when divorce has to do with money is to relax breath and don't get upset there are ways to avoid having to deal with the ex- and yes you can re-marry but if yah got to paa pound of money find a women that is rich!lol... j/k but yes it does if you have kids with her then yea espeacilly more then one kid is going to cost you a lot! Child support sucks these day huh? Well then yes re-marry but think twice before you tie the big knot this time!

You can do all of those things. But you have to pay whatever the court ordered. Whether she can try to get more depends on the laws in your area.
