Multiply both the parts on the left. i.e.. 0.2(x+3) and -4(2x-3). Combine the x terms and the basic numbers. Do not forget that this involves negative numbers. Move the basic number to the right by adding it to both sides. Divide by the coefficient of the x term. Remember when dividing a positive by a negative it produces a negative. That should give you your final answer. Good Luck!

1. Apply the distributive property
2. Combine like terms
3. Subtract the resulting constant from both sides of the equation
4. Divide both sides of the equation by the resulting coefficient
If you attempt it I'll be happy to critique your work.
