I have a Kenmore Electric Range - The light in the oven will come on, the clock works, the light on the front indicates that the burners are turned on but I have not heat in the oven or the burners

Check the breakers. The items you noted as working will work off 110 volts and the element in the oven and burners work off 220 volts. Could be one leg of the beaker has tripped. Shut off completely then back on 2-3 times. Many times they will look on but will have acually tripped. Post back with results, and will proceed with help if needed

We tried turning the breaker on and off several times but that did not solve the problem. We were having a new floor put down and the installers removed the stove and when they plugged it back in that's when the problem happened. Is there maybe a reset button or something that has to be reset on the back of the range when it has been unplugged and moved for floor repair?

If you have a volt meter check the outlet for the unit. Dou you have 220 volts there? If so check where the wiring attaches to the stove. If that is OK you will just need to start checking to see where you lose the power in the unit. Seems strange that this would cause a promblem with the unit itself.
