How should I ask her out me and her are in 8 th grade

Find out if your school has any outing/dances/social activities. Something you can take her to, to show her you like her. Say if it's a dance, you just ask her if she would like to go with you.
Or you can find out if there are any movies you would both like to see and once getting permission... go to see one together.

Walk up to her and say... hey listen, I like you a lot and was wondering if you want to (go for coffee, hang out, get it on bang a gong or whatever you kids do these days)

But I am nevorous to ask her out because if I say you want to go out with me she will say no how do I make her want to go out with without not asking her nothing like go with me

Then you must stike up a conversation and become mates with her, but be careful cause you don't want to fall into the friends zone, happened to me a lot where I tried to get the girl to like me only she liked me so much she didn't want to ruin the friendship (if only she knew my real motives (evil laugh) )

So get to know her but not too well and ask her out early or else the friends zone is where you will be
