HI EVERY ONE
My problem is that I have a verrrrry big leg they are huge they were not like this before ?
I am walking dayly for 1 hour
What your a device to me?

You mean the upper legs or thighs or lower legs & calves? There would be diiferent exercises to target those areas

I mean lower leg of course . What you mean about (calves)
I did try sooooo many exercises without that big change
