Hello
I have boy friend for nearly 6 years but he lives in london, England and I am in Canada. The problem is I tried to apply for studying there and ottawa high commission refused to give me visa due to the lack of financial evident. Then nearly after six month I visited to uk and there were lot of questions from the immigrant. Even told me they may send me back to canada. That;s all because of the student visa rejected and they thought I'm going to study there in visiting visa but luckly at the end they let me to stay there for maximum six month.

We both are loving each other a lot and that made us to stay closer to each other. After I went to london this year on feb and stayed with him until August . We both went to france, I didn't take all my belonging with me because I thought they may let me to enter uk again to get my stuffs. They refused to let me in the uk and we both were very upset and I came back to canada without any of my stuffs.

Now we are trying to take marriage visit visa to go to uk and marry him. But I'm so scared they may reject me again too. What do I have to do?? Please help me with your advice. Is it good to go to uk and marry there or marry in canada.

We both like to get marry in canada but our marriage certificate will come nearly after 2 or 3 months. I am so confused help me with your advice.

You will most likely have a hard time re-entering the UK each time since you have been rejected. Maybe they will give you a fiancée visa, it's worth a try but expect a very close review of your application and again I think they may require some prrof of funds available to you.

He would have an easier time coming to Canada as he has not been previously refused. How old are both of you?

He is 28 and I am 22. I'm planning to register him in canada this September and want to visit uk as his wife before I get marriage certificate. Is that going to be all right

From now on until your granted permanent residence in the UK you will have problems entering the country each time. Even once you get married you will have the same problems, they seem to think you are trying to enter illegally and remain in the country, you may not get refused entry all the time but it's a definite possibility.

Thank you so much for your advice but do you think I could visit to him this year after I marry him in canada. The problem is in canada it will take several months to get original marriage certificate. So when I visit there will they ask me to proof the marriage? If so, its okay to show them the written notification which we received on the marriage day. Reply

I won't get marriage certificate of my marriage until 3 months. If I wanted to visit to him could I able to show the written notification of the marriage took place? Is it enough to show up or they may refuse that too? Help me

When you go visit him in the UK, even after you are married they still have the right to deny you. Your best bet is as you said above, get entry clearance before you go to the UK. You do this by contacting the British High Commission, they will advise what to do to enter the UK legally

British High Commission
80 Elgin Street , Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, K1P 5K7

Is written notification is enough for me to get entry clerance as his wife to visit to him in UK? What are the doucuments I have to provide. Because he is the one looking after me and I do not work.

Do you think I could try to go back there as normal visiter after I marry him?

Because I have to wait at least 4 months to get marriage certificate on my hand. Why did they take finger print when they denied to let me in the uk as a visiter. I didn't do any criminal work... I am so confused and angry at the guy who took fingerprint of mine.

I try to contact british high commission but they charge nearly $3 per minute:(.

Do you think could I able to visit to him in this September?? I did not work or study while I was there so why do I have to be afraid?

They denied me this time because I did not take my return ticket with me ( that's the stupid thing I ever done). Please give me some advice...

You can write the high commission for free, I wrote them to inquire about British citizenhip through ancestry and they wrote back in about a week.

Any previous denial of entry will look bad and definitely don't try going to visit until you get entry clearance next time if you want to play it safe. Write them asap and explain the whole story and ask what you can do to visit without problems, or pay, $30 for a 10 minute phone call that will resolve your problems is not actually all that much.

But they did let me twice after first refusal. This time I am going as wife. Don't that make any difference...
