Hey'all

I have XP SP2 installed,IBM ThinkCentre Computer first came with that ccApp.exe error at start-up and took care of that now I've realised that the USB Hubs aren't working, no USB ROOT under Device Manager! Nor USB Controller.Its enabled in the BIOS and suspect a malware on thiis one! I could re-format the whole system but wouldn't want that.
How do we add the controller(USB)?

Any help?

Yes I've tried uninstalling SP to SP1 then SP2,no show!

CcApp refers to Norton AntiVirus which I'm not big fan of.
Your best bet is to go to IBM's website and get the drivers for your computer model, especially the chipset drivers.
