I got married in 2001 my wife was inllegal previously married and divorce for the papers then we met and got married now I just finish putting her citizenship paper in and she file a restraining order against me .I think she got me for the papers . What can I do should I call immigration to report her?

Yes, the application will be withdrawn or if she already has the green card it could be taken away if you divorce.

Can I void my marriage? If that is the case.

Her brothers are also inllegal they may be involved in this how can I report them?

I don't know the difference between voiding a marriage and a divorce, but all I know is that upon divorce from the sponsor the application can't move forward.

You can report them all by calling Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) 1-866-347-2423 but I have no idea what they might do or if they will even investigate them.
