Having a brown ammonia smelling fluid? Is it bad?

I understand that but I can't afford the doctor right now... Is there any thing I can do at home... Im scared and worried... could the strees have anything to do with it? I know you can't diagnose me but can you give me some ideas?:eek: :eek:
