Trying to find a solution to a nasty upstairs condo neighbor... this neighbor
Moved in 2yrs ago, (neighbor) lot of noise (put up with it at first, but it was nonstop)
Knocked on door to ask for a reprieve, was given a nasty OK OK OK
It escalated, sounds like 5 yr old daughter plays hocky
Washer dryer going at midnighr
Party noice
Boyfriemd moves in
Brings in treadmill (?) uses it at 2 3 in the morning
I finally get police involved, they come tell him to stop
Soon afer, my frield, reading in fronr room hears water hitting front door, looks out peek hole, sees boyfriend urinating on my front door:eek:
Calls police, naturally incident is denied... this neighbors
Boyfriend parks in my numbered parking spot...
I'm looking for a place to move
But in the meantime, how do I put up with this crap, and these lowlives...
HELP Please

I don't think there is much more you can do then what you are doing right now.

My SIL is an Asst district Attorney and she lives next door in a townhouse to heinous neighbors and what they are doing is annoying not criminal. Any disturbance should be reported to the police and just keep looking for a new place.

I wish you luck I went through the same thing with upstairs neighbors. They had two teenage sons and they were always doing what sounded like someone throwing elephants at the ground. The kids kicked in glass and made tons of noise and messes. We just complained and filed complaints and finally moved.

Check eBay for bazooka's...
And get references when you find a new place. Sorry you had to put up with their sh!t...
Most municipalities have noise ordinances, but even the city fails to comply. Why else would the dang trash trucks be growling by at 4 AM...

Where is your condo association in this?

Please do not ask questions via PM or e-mail. If you have a follow-up reply to the thread.

Report, If you own or have assigned parking, get them towed if they are in your space, perhaps monitor of front, or heck open door fast and get digital photo of him at door with... well you know.
But basically keep filing police reports, and report and report to the landlord, after some point you may have a suit against them.
