Is there any special tools I need to remove a chain link fence fast and easy?

Aside from the cement the post may be set in, the best way is elbow grease, several people, a case of beer, perhaps a barbecue and several pair of new chain cutters.

A case of beer, and chain cutters?? I do not believe this task requires beer, or chain cutters? What you need is some good pliers, a bucket for the old wire ties, a concrete block, a web strap, and a pipe about 6 foot long. Use the pliers for the wire ties, use the bucket to contain the wire ties, and use the concrete block , web strap , and pipe to make a leverage tool to attach low on the post and pry them up out of the ground. Also you will need a 3/8" drive, 1/2" and 9/16" deep well sockets , and a 3/8" drive ratchet to remove any clamps and tension bars. The barbecue would be o.k. as well as several people, but I do not recall ever using a case of beer , or chain cutters to remove a fence!
