I am a 25 year old female and I have pcos (polycystic ovarian syndrome) just in case no one knows what this is it means that I have cysts covering both my ovaries which increase pressure on my abdomen and cause sudden and extreme pain whoever dostors say that it does not need any medication for pain (which I think that they are all Quacks just about). I love poitions that give deep penetration. But at times it causes severe pain and I can't continue regardless of what position I try. Is there a position that I can try that I can get that feeling yet not cause any pain. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also sorry I can not spell very well. I thank all of you that even try to help.

Here's a recommendation concerning the cause of pain, not the issue of sex. My wife had issues with fibroid cysts and also endometrial adhesions. Docs advice ranged from "its all in your head" (until they did surgery and found the mess they didn't believe was there) to "take vicodin or youll need a hysterectomy"...
Based on the recommendation of a friend who also had been troubled with endometreosis, she tried acupuncture. She also got into a routine of regular walking, and then later running. Also occasional massage.
Within 2 weeks of acupuncture she was off the heavy meds. Within a few months she was so much better, through would still have rough spells. Personally, I think it took about two years for her to really be in a great place. She still occasionally has what she says feels like a cyst bursting... maybe once or twice a year at most... but she's not longer curled up on the bathroom floor in pain and not more emergency room trips.
She was able to get her doctor, a DO, to write a letter explaining the acupuncture was treatment for the endometreosis and cysts, so it is covered by our medical spending account. In not sure what insurance covers, if any. Treatments were something like $50 a visit. She had more visits early on. Now maybe once a quarter.
I know this doesn't address your direct question, just thought it might be a useful angle. My son wouldn't be alive today if my wife had simply done what the MDs told her to do.

Thank you for that you'll never know how much any kind of information helps. Every doctor says theycant do any thing or its just in you head. God bless you.

Well, I don't know whether it will help, or you have access to acupuncture, or can afford the cost. It was still a long road for her, but there were some immediate changes, and then some that, as mentioned, took some time. Worth a talk at least. I know when she described her experience to the acupuncturist he was clearly disturbed because its an area that they seem to have success with.
I also think her physical routine helped, at least with the adhesions.
There are also pressure points on the feet, ones wed found before ever going to the acu. That would relieve pain enough for her to sleep at night when the pain was rough. Sometimes it was enough just to take the edge off.
Well... here's hoping someone else will chime in here to answer your original question

You'll be the best judge. Take it slow and simply try every imaginable position two people can think of. Have you discussed this issue with your partner? In time you may author a book on the subject. Another thought; try moving your body as if you were making love (no partner) just you and see if you can reproduce the discomfort. Remember the degree of penetration should not have a direct impact on the ovaries but the musculature of the pelvis and lower abdomen could be hostile. Are the symptoms ever noted during or after physical activity such as climbing stairs, bicycling, etc. etc.
