I have had my fan for about 2 months now. It was working perfectly fine for the first two weeks of use. After the first two weeks, the remote stopped working. I tried replacing the batteries in hopes of it working, but nothing is happening. The red light turns on when I push buttons on the remote, but the fan remains the same. The connections are right, but I do not believe that the fan is able to run at its top speed. If you could suggest anything that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Do the fan and light come on at all? What are the symptoms?
