Hello I have a question my sister-in-law who is married to my husband brother.recentlytried to run into my vehicle with my 2 boys with me.she has just been picking for the longest.the day it happen I was a nervous wreck.so,I pulled over to calm myself down.she went and lied to the police that I tried to run her over.and,they picked me up on a warrant .I also have a report from my job when she came threw there harassing me on my job.we went to cour they treid to give me 11-29 on papers seeing a p.o. and 8 hrs angry management ,4 hrs ocf community service.I am not guilty the police have my report also.I have never been in trouble.what do I need to do .this girl is crazy.I got a restraining order on her for a year the same day I got out of jail.and I am not guilty of this please help me .my life is on the line for a psycho.:eek: :( I am in nashville,tn.

First you need an attorney, you need to get found not guilty of the charges, and don't agree to or plea to anything without an attorney.

If she is really crazy, I am sorry but there is no way to actually stop a real crazy person, since no threat of legal action will scare them.*** Not what you wanted to hear but the truth

I do have attorney.he told me not to plead guilty too.and I am not.

In the first place I stay to myself.I am a house person do not bother no one.and, my husband brother is always starting mess too.so,he stays his distance.and his brother always try to jump on everyone in his family even his on mom.so,that is why my husbad stays to hisself.his wife is messy and childish.and,jelous of my marriage.so I am not this person who starts things.I am aloner I keep to myself.thank you.:o
