I'm 10 weeks and 3 days pregnant and from 2-3 days when I pass my urine then sometimes I see a white discharge in form of a small chunk/clumps. It comes out rarely means once in a day or two and it's color is not exactly white but very very light brown. I don't have any itching or burning when I pass out my urine .Is this normal and similar to the white discharge or something else... Please help...

It is normal to have discharge throughout your pregnancy (Leukorrhea), and it is different with each woman. Are you having any itching, burning, cramps, etc. If not, I would think that it is simply Leukorrhea. If you are very concerned though, discuss it with your doctor.

I'm bit confused as whenever I've any problem I call my Doctor and tell my concern but she always says it's normal or else I don't know why it is happening... so don't know what to do ven I didn't had my first prenatal visit yet.. she says it's done when you finish with your first trimester. :(

You should have your first prenatal visit between 10-12 weeks... typically... most doctor like you to miss at least 2 periods before they see you, unless of course you are having bleeding/cramping/other issues. Not to mention, the baby is so small before then, that they would not easily pick a heartbeat up on a doppler until then anyway, so its not really worth an appointment prior to then. When you call, she takes what you say and she determines whether it can wait or not. I would not be concerned at this point. Good luck!

If it helps, there are many resources out on the net that gives good information as to what is going on with your body at this time, to help ease your mind. Baby Gaga: Stroller Reviews, Baby Tickers, Pregnancy Calendar (http://www.baby-gaga.com) gives an excellent pregnancy calendar. Also picking up "what to expect when you're expecting" and the "Everything Pregnancy book" will also help.. :)

I had my first prenatal visit at 8 weeks then one today at 12 weeks. My doctor said she liked to see her patients between 8 to 10 weeks then every month after that, I am sure every doctor is different.
If your doctor doesn't see this as a concern then I wouldn't worry about it. I do know that with pregnancy you have A LOT of discharge. This is a symptom I was never told and had to find out on my own. Honestly, I have to buy and wear more panty liners now then I ever did before. I thought with pregnancy all that gross woman stuff stopped... but instead it only got worse, and come to find out it is just the beginning.
Good luck, and if you are still concerned tell your doctor that you would feel better coming in now for your first visit. She should understand and if she doesn't find another doctor.
