Me & my boyfriend had sex before my period came on - it came on the next day. After my period came off we had sex the next day and the day after that. When I went to get changed for bed I noticed that there where some very pinkish/redish blood there and it definitely wasn't my period.

What could this be because I know it won't be implantation bleeding because it would probably be too soon after my period? Also I haven't been having any symptoms or anything.

You might have been a little rough during sex which caused something to tear. This would explain the spotting.

Implantation bleeding is rare, and not scientifically proven. I agree with Bekah, sounds like rough sex to me.

When you urinate, does it sting? If so, then you just have a tear, and the urine getting in the tear is what is causing the sting. :)

It could just be remains from your period, since you said you had sex after your period ended

I agree with everyone else, most likely it is just that your insides are still a bit sensitive from just having your period, and therefore after sex, it caused irritation and very slight bleeding. Not at all uncommon.
